1. About European Traveler
European Traveler SRL is a Europe and Asia focused provider of consultancy and administrative support. Services may include travel-planning coordination, document guidance, company-registration administration and related enquiries. The exact paid scope should be confirmed in writing.
2. Visa and immigration information
Website content is general information and is not legal advice. European Traveler does not issue visas, residence permits or entry permissions and does not guarantee approval. Embassies, consulates, immigration offices and border authorities make their own decisions and can change requirements or request additional documents.
3. Independent legal partners
When legal advice or representation is required, European Traveler may coordinate a referral to an independent Romanian or European lawyer or law firm. European Traveler is not a law firm. Any legal engagement, legal fee and professional responsibility are separately agreed between the client and the independent legal professional.
4. Travel services and quotations
Travel availability, prices, schedules, baggage terms, entry rules and supplier conditions can change. A displayed tour is an itinerary idea unless a written quotation confirms dates, inclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions.
5. Business support
Administrative company-registration support does not replace legal, tax, accounting, licensing or immigration advice. Clients remain responsible for obtaining the professional advice required for their proposed activity.
6. Client information
Clients must provide accurate, complete and current information. European Traveler is not responsible for consequences caused by false, incomplete, inconsistent or late information supplied by the client.
7. Third-party services
Airlines, hotels, insurers, transport providers, authorities and other third parties operate under their own terms. European Traveler is not responsible for decisions, delays or service failures outside its reasonable control.
