1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the EUROPEAN TRAVELER website, contacting us, requesting a quotation, sending documents, making a payment or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the related policies published on this website.

Payment confirms acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions, supplier rules, fare rules, service fees and cancellation/refund conditions communicated before or during the booking process.

2. Our Services

EUROPEAN TRAVELER provides online travel support services, including flight ticket booking assistance, hotel booking assistance, tour and travel planning, travel document support, visa guidance/support, airport transfer/tour coordination and customer support by phone, WhatsApp, email and website.

3. Intermediary Role

EUROPEAN TRAVELER may act as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, embassies, payment providers and other third-party suppliers.

Third-party suppliers set their own prices, availability, schedules, fare rules, cancellation rules, baggage rules, visa/document requirements and service conditions. EUROPEAN TRAVELER is not responsible for supplier decisions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, refusal of service or changes to supplier rules.

4. Customer Responsibility Before Payment

Customers are responsible for checking passenger names, passport details, travel dates, routes, baggage, visa requirements, transit requirements, destination entry rules and document validity before payment and ticket issuance.

Passenger names must match the travel document exactly. Name corrections may be restricted, expensive or unavailable depending on airline or supplier rules.

5. Prices, Availability and Quotations

Travel prices and availability can change quickly. A quotation is not a confirmed booking until payment is received, supplier availability is confirmed and the ticket, hotel, tour, transfer or other service is issued or confirmed by the supplier.

Prices may include supplier charges, taxes, exchange-rate differences, payment provider fees, bank charges, service fees, consultation fees, document preparation fees, administrative fees or support fees.

6. Ticket Issuance and Booking Confirmation

Once an air ticket has been issued, it is non-refundable unless the airline fare rules allow a refund. Customers must review all booking details before authorising payment or ticket issuance.

Staff must not issue tickets, process refunds, reissues or voids without supervisor approval under EUROPEAN TRAVELER internal controls.

7. Changes, Cancellations and Rebookings

Any ticket changes, cancellations, date changes, name corrections, refunds or rebookings are subject to airline/supplier rules, availability, penalties, fare differences and service charges.

Hotels, tours, transfers and other services may have separate cancellation deadlines, no-show rules, non-refundable rates or supplier penalties.

8. Visa and Travel Document Support

Visa assistance, document support and travel guidance do not guarantee visa approval, residence approval, border entry, boarding permission or any decision by an embassy, immigration authority, airline, consulate or border authority.

Customers remain responsible for supplying complete and accurate documents, checking official requirements and attending appointments or interviews when required.

9. Payments and Non-Refundable Fees

Service fees, consultation fees, document preparation fees, administrative fees and support fees may be non-refundable once work has started. Supplier penalties, bank charges, payment provider fees and currency conversion differences may also be deducted where applicable.

10. Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful files or use EUROPEAN TRAVELER communication channels for unlawful purposes.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EUROPEAN TRAVELER is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, supplier action or inaction, airline schedule changes, immigration decisions, force majeure events, payment delays, technical outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

For services provided by EUROPEAN TRAVELER S.R.L., these Terms are generally governed by Romanian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules or another applicable law requires otherwise. Sri Lanka payment or support arrangements may also be subject to applicable Sri Lankan law where relevant.
