Who may qualify?
A valid Romanian residence permit may support the e‑Visa route.
Türkiye’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Sri Lankan nationals with a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit may obtain an e‑Visa if they meet the required criteria.
The official e‑Visa FAQ says the supporting visa or residence permit must still be valid on the date you enter Türkiye. An e‑Visa issued by another country is not accepted as the supporting document.
