Israel: legal residence can determine the mission
The Embassy of Israel in Bucharest says applicants for visitor visas must contact the mission for country-specific instructions and normally appear by appointment. A legally resident Sri Lankan applicant in Romania should confirm the route with that mission.

Türkiye: a valid residence permit may unlock e‑Visa eligibility
Türkiye’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Sri Lankan nationals with a valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit may obtain an e‑Visa if all listed criteria are met. The supporting document must still be valid when entering Türkiye.
Valid Romanian/Schengen residence permit එකක් තිබේ නම් Türkiye e‑Visa සඳහා eligible විය හැක. Entry date එකට permit එක valid විය යුතු අතර official portal එකේ අනෙක් conditions සියල්ල meet කරන්න ඕනේ.
