2. Intermediary and Supplier Rules

EUROPEAN TRAVELER may act as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, embassies, payment providers and other third-party suppliers.

We do not control third-party supplier decisions, airline schedules, fare rules, seat availability, hotel availability, tour operation, transfer timing, embassy appointment availability, payment provider decisions or immigration authority decisions.

3. No Visa, Residence, Boarding or Entry Guarantee

Visa assistance, document support and travel guidance do not guarantee visa approval, residence approval, border entry, boarding permission or any decision by an embassy, immigration authority, airline, consulate or border authority.

Final decisions are made by the relevant official authority, airline, carrier or border officer. A valid ticket, booking confirmation or visa does not automatically guarantee boarding or entry.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking passenger names, passport details, travel dates, routes, baggage, visa requirements, transit requirements and document validity before payment and ticket issuance.

Customers are also responsible for following airline, airport, hotel, tour operator, embassy, immigration and border requirements.

5. Prices and Availability

Travel prices and availability can change at any time before booking confirmation or ticket issuance. A quotation is not a guarantee of price or availability unless the supplier confirms the booking and all required payment and ticketing steps are completed.

6. No Professional Legal or Immigration Advice

Travel document and visa guidance is support information only. It is not legal advice, immigration representation or a guarantee of any official outcome. Customers should check official government, embassy, consulate, immigration and airline sources before travel.

7. External Links

This website may link to airline, hotel, embassy, immigration, payment provider or other third-party websites. EUROPEAN TRAVELER is not responsible for third-party website content, changes, errors, delays, policies or service availability.

8. Licence Statement

The Romanian travel agency licence process is in progress. EUROPEAN TRAVELER does not claim that it already holds a Romanian tourism licence unless an official licence number is later provided and published. No false claim is made about IATA, BSP or any tourism licence unless the relevant number is expressly stated by EUROPEAN TRAVELER.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EUROPEAN TRAVELER is not responsible for loss, delay, denied boarding, refused entry, supplier cancellation, missed connection, document issue, payment delay, exchange-rate difference or other issue caused by customer error, supplier rules, official decisions or events outside our reasonable control.
