Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rules for refunds, cancellations, changes, no-shows and supplier penalties.

1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to flight ticket booking assistance, hotel booking assistance, tour planning, transfers, visa/document support and other travel support services arranged by EUROPEAN TRAVELER.
2. Air Tickets
Once an air ticket has been issued, it is non-refundable unless the airline fare rules allow a refund.
Many discounted, promotional, low-cost carrier or special fares are fully non-refundable, non-changeable or subject to strict penalties. Airline taxes, fuel charges, card/payment fees, agency service fees and supplier charges may not be fully refundable.
3. Changes, Cancellations and Rebookings
Any ticket changes, cancellations, date changes, name corrections, refunds or rebookings are subject to airline/supplier rules, availability, penalties, fare differences and service charges.
If the new fare is higher, the customer must pay the fare difference and all applicable penalties and service charges before the change can be completed. If availability changes before payment or confirmation, the final cost may change.
4. Name Corrections
Passenger names must match the passport or travel document exactly. Name corrections are subject to airline rules and may be unavailable after ticket issuance. Where permitted, corrections may require airline penalties, fare differences, reissue charges and EUROPEAN TRAVELER service charges.
5. No-Show
If a passenger does not travel, misses check-in, misses a flight, arrives without required documents or is refused boarding, the booking may become a no-show. No-show cases are usually highly restricted and may be non-refundable. Airlines may cancel remaining sectors in the itinerary.
6. Service Fees
Service fees, consultation fees, document preparation fees, administrative fees and support fees may be non-refundable once work has started. This applies even if a supplier later rejects a request, the customer changes plans or the customer decides not to travel.
7. Hotels, Tours and Transfers
Hotel bookings, tours, transfers and third-party travel services are subject to the supplier's own cancellation policy. Some rates are non-refundable from the time of booking. Others may allow cancellation only before a stated deadline. No-show, late arrival or early departure may result in full charges.
8. Visa and Document Support Fees
Visa assistance, document support and travel guidance do not guarantee visa approval, residence approval, border entry, boarding permission or any decision by an embassy, immigration authority, airline, consulate or border authority.
Visa/document support fees may be non-refundable once review, preparation, appointment support, form support or supplier coordination has started. Embassy, consulate, government, courier, translation, appointment and third-party fees are normally subject to the rules of the relevant authority or supplier.
9. Refund Timing
Supplier-approved refunds can take time. EUROPEAN TRAVELER can submit and follow up refund requests, but the airline, hotel, tour operator, payment provider, bank or other supplier controls approval and processing time. Refunds may be reduced by penalties, service charges, bank charges, payment provider fees and exchange-rate differences.
10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Customers must contact EUROPEAN TRAVELER as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp with the booking reference, passenger name, travel date and requested action. A request is not completed until the supplier confirms it and all required penalties, fare differences or charges are paid.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact EUROPEAN TRAVELER first if they believe a payment or booking issue has occurred. Filing a chargeback does not cancel supplier rules, airline penalties, non-refundable fare conditions or service fees already earned for work started.
