Support rules for visa guidance, document checking and travel requirements.
Last updated: 5 July 2026 · www.eupt.online
This policy may be updated from time to time.
1. Scope of Support
EUROPEAN TRAVELER may provide visa guidance, travel document support, document checklist support, appointment guidance, form support, travel itinerary support, hotel/flight support documents and general destination or transit requirement guidance.
This support is provided to assist customers with preparation. It does not replace official advice from an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, airline or border authority.
2. No Approval or Entry Guarantee
Visa assistance, document support and travel guidance do not guarantee visa approval, residence approval, border entry, boarding permission or any decision by an embassy, immigration authority, airline, consulate or border authority.
Final decisions are made only by the relevant authority, airline, carrier, consulate, embassy or border officer.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and documents. Customers must check passenger names, passport details, travel dates, routes, visa requirements, transit requirements, destination entry rules and document validity before payment, appointment submission, travel and ticket issuance.
Customers are responsible for attending appointments, interviews, biometric submissions and official requests on time unless EUROPEAN TRAVELER expressly agrees in writing to assist with a specific step.
4. Official Requirements Can Change
Visa, transit, health, insurance, invitation, accommodation, funds, passport validity and border requirements can change without notice. EUROPEAN TRAVELER may provide support based on information available at the time, but customers should also verify requirements using official government, embassy, consulate, immigration and airline sources.
5. Third-Party and Authority Fees
Embassy fees, consulate fees, appointment fees, visa centre fees, courier fees, translation fees, insurance fees, payment provider fees and other third-party charges are controlled by the relevant authority or supplier. These fees may be non-refundable even if an application is refused, delayed, withdrawn or cancelled.
6. EUROPEAN TRAVELER Support Fees
Service fees, consultation fees, document preparation fees, administrative fees and support fees may be non-refundable once work has started. This includes document review, checklist preparation, itinerary support, supplier coordination, appointment guidance, form support and customer communication.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Documents
EUROPEAN TRAVELER may highlight possible document issues, but customers remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, validity and authenticity of all documents. Incorrect, expired, incomplete, false or inconsistent documents may cause refusal, delay, denied boarding, denied entry or cancellation of travel plans.
8. Data Handling
Visa and travel document support may require processing passport details, travel dates, booking information, payment records and supporting documents. Such information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and shared only where reasonably needed for the requested support or where required by law.
9. No Legal Representation
Unless expressly agreed in writing, EUROPEAN TRAVELER does not act as a lawyer, immigration representative or authorised legal adviser. Customers who need legal advice should consult a qualified professional or the relevant official authority.
